This Privacy Policy explains how tailrmade ("tailrmade", "we", "us", and "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use tailrmade.app, the tailrmade help site, and related services.

Information We Collect​

Information you provide​

  • Account information, such as your email address, password credentials, email verification status, and profile information provided through Google sign-in.
  • Content you create or choose to store, such as apps, graphs, objects, user interface layouts, preferences, and files or data you import into your projects.
  • API keys or secrets you choose to save for Cloud Companion features. Stored API keys are encrypted server-side and are used only to complete requests you initiate.
  • Messages, prompts, files, and other context you send to AI or API features.
  • Communications you send to us, including support requests and feedback.

Information collected automatically​

  • Device and usage information, such as browser type, pages or features used, performance events, errors, and approximate diagnostics needed to operate and improve the service.
  • Authentication and session information, including cookies or similar technologies used to keep you signed in and protect your account.
  • Usage counts for metered features, such as AI and Cloud Companion usage.

How We Use Information​

We use information to:

  • provide, operate, secure, and improve tailrmade;
  • create and manage accounts;
  • save, load, share, and synchronize your projects when you choose cloud storage;
  • process AI, Cloud Companion, and API requests you initiate;
  • monitor reliability, debug issues, prevent abuse, and enforce service limits;
  • respond to support requests and communicate about the service;
  • comply with legal obligations and protect the rights, safety, and integrity of tailrmade, our users, and others.

AI and Third-Party Requests​

When you use AI nodes, the AI assistant, Cloud Companion, or similar features, the content needed to complete the request may be sent to third-party service providers, including AI model providers and the external APIs you choose to call. Do not send sensitive information to these services unless you have the right to share it and are comfortable with how those providers process it.

How We Share Information​

We do not sell personal information. We may share information:

  • with service providers that help us host, authenticate, store, analyze, secure, and operate the service;
  • with AI providers or external API providers when you use features that require those requests;
  • with other users or the public when you intentionally publish or share an app, graph, or link;
  • when required by law, legal process, or a valid government request;
  • to protect the security, rights, property, or safety of tailrmade, our users, or others;
  • as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Public Sharing​

tailrmade lets you share apps and graphs. If you make content public or share a public link, anyone with access to that link may view the shared content and any information included in it. Review your project before sharing it publicly.

Cookies and Similar Technologies​

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, security, preferences, analytics, and performance monitoring. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling some cookies may prevent parts of the service from working correctly.

Data Retention​

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce agreements. You can delete projects and stored API keys from the product where those controls are available. Some residual copies may remain temporarily in backups, logs, or security records.

Security​

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted storage for saved API keys. No online service is completely secure, so please use strong account credentials and avoid storing or sharing secrets unless necessary.

Your Choices​

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, object to, or restrict the use of your personal information. You can also choose not to create an account, use local-only features where available, delete stored content, or contact us for help with privacy requests.

Children's Privacy​

tailrmade is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

International Use​

tailrmade is operated from Europe and may use service providers in other countries. By using the service, you understand that information may be processed in countries with privacy laws that differ from those where you live.

Changes to This Policy​

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate.
